2. Weekly Coaching Package

  • Price: $450 (4 sessions) Introductory Rate, $300, limited to 1 month

  • Duration: 4 sessions, 50 minutes each

  • Description: A monthly package for those committed to a steady healing process. This is ideal for clients seeking regular support and in-depth work on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

    • Includes bi-weekly check-ins via email for ongoing support and accountability.

    • Custom exercises or strategies are provided between sessions.

3. Bi-Weekly Coaching Package

  • Price: $225 per month (2 sessions). Existing clients only.

  • Duration: 2 sessions, 50 minutes each

  • Description: This package is designed for individuals who prefer fewer sessions but still require ongoing support throughout their healing journey. It’s ideal for clients who have busy schedules or want to maintain a balance between coaching and personal work.

    • Includes email support between sessions.

    • Tailored assignments or tools to work on independently.

4. Extended Coaching Package

  • Price: $1,250 (for 3 months, 12 sessions)

  • Duration: 12 sessions (3 months), 50 minutes each

    • Includes weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

5. 12-Month Trauma Coaching Package: “Total Transformation”

  • Price: $7,500 (for 12 months, 50 sessions)

  • Duration: 50 sessions (12 months), 50 minutes each

  • Description: This comprehensive 12-month trauma coaching package is designed for individuals who are committed to profound, lasting transformation. Whether you're working through complex trauma, PTSD, or simply looking to build emotional resilience and personal growth, this package offers consistent, hands-on support for an entire year.

    With 50 sessions included, you'll have regular, one-on-one time to process trauma, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and implement strategies to build resilience. We’ll dive deep into your unique experiences and craft personalized action plans for healing and growth, providing you with ongoing support and guidance at every step.

  • What’s Included:

    a. 50 Coaching Sessions

    • Frequency: 4–5 sessions per month, depending on client preferences and schedule.

    • Duration: Each session lasts 50 minutes.

    • Customization: Every session is tailored to your needs, whether it’s working through a traumatic experience, building resilience, or addressing challenges you face along the way.

    b. Goal Setting & Progress Tracking

    • At the beginning of the package, we will establish your primary goals for the year. These might include overcoming specific trauma, developing emotional regulation skills, or improving overall well-being.

    • We’ll track progress regularly, reassessing goals and adjusting the action plan as necessary to ensure you're always moving forward.

    c. Ongoing Email & Text Support

    • In addition to your sessions, you’ll receive unlimited email and text support between sessions for quick questions, accountability check-ins, or guidance when challenges arise.

    • This support is available as needed to keep you on track and motivated throughout the year.

    d. Personalized Healing Plan

    • Each session will focus on creating actionable steps that you can take to move forward.

    • You’ll receive customized strategies, exercises, and coping tools designed to help you overcome specific challenges related to trauma and emotional healing.

    e. Access to Exclusive Resources

    • Throughout the year, you'll gain access to exclusive resources, including worksheets, journal prompts, video content, and recommended readings.

    • These resources will help you integrate the knowledge you gain in our sessions into your daily life, thereby enhancing your healing journey.

    f. Monthly Check-Ins & Adjustments

    • At the end of each month, we’ll have a deeper check-in to evaluate progress, adjust your healing plan, and discuss any obstacles.

    • We’ll celebrate wins, big and small, and make any necessary adjustments to help you stay on track toward your goals.

    g. Flexibility & Adaptability

    • We understand that life happens. If your schedule changes or if you need a break, we can adjust session frequency and timing to meet your needs.

    • You’ll also have the option to switch between virtual or in-person sessions (if applicable).

    h. A Personalized End-of-Year Review & Future Planning Session

    • At the end of the year, we’ll conduct a comprehensive review of your journey. We’ll reflect on your progress, achievements, and areas of continued growth.

    • Together, we’ll outline next steps, whether that means extending coaching or transitioning into a maintenance phase with ongoing support.

6. Group Coaching

  • Price: $200 per month (for 4 group sessions). Coming soon! Please inquire to be added to the waitlist.

  • Duration: 60 minutes per session

  • Description: Group coaching for those who want to benefit from peer support while working on trauma recovery in a group setting. Ideal for people who feel comfortable sharing their experiences and gaining strength from others with similar struggles.

    • Limited to 6–8 participants per group for intimacy and meaningful interaction.

    • Monthly or bi-weekly sessions.

    • Focus on community-building, sharing coping strategies, and learning from others’ experiences.

  • Sliding Scale: For clients experiencing financial difficulties, a sliding scale pricing option will be considered on an individual basis.
